Once we’ve delivered your sleep upgrading goodies made with love, you get 100 nights to test it out so we give you plenty of time to try it out*.
What if I don't get on with it?
We’re sure you’ll love everything with the Luff name on it but if, for whatever reason, you don’t get on with your purchase our friendly customer service will help you out, since most problems can be solved with a couple of simple tips. If you want to send it back just contact our customer service team within the 100-night trial period* and we’ll give you the green light to return it for any reason.
We know buying products online that you would usually feel in real life first can be scary. So not only have we made it easy to buy we also guarantee you’ll get your money back as soon as possible, if you decide what you bought isn't quite the right fit. We refund the full amount you paid, there’s no fees deducted for products that aren’t resellable or our delivery costs to you. The only thing we ask is that you send the product back to us and as soon as it is received we will issue a full refund.
