    This pillow has really great firmness to it but it is too high for me it caused me neck pain, returned for a refund

    Great pillow but one thing to keep in mind though is that if you're used to very soft pillows, this might feel a bit like a brick at first. But trust me, my neck has thanked me a lot. I like some firmness in my pillows so this was perfect for me. I don’t always put an extra pillowcase on it either because the cover that comes on it is so nice.

    Took a bit of getting used to as I have always stacked multiple pillows onto each other rather than had 1 pillow, but it is a lot easier using one. Great price for such a comfy pillow, sleep on my back so helps keep me elevated a bit.

    I did email luff and they were most helpful. I bought a double fitted sheet a few months ago and I adore it. The pillow in my case wasn’t for me
