Yes, both the Prestige and Luxury Pillow fit standard pillowcases.

The prestige pillow is physically bigger than the luxury pillow and also has an extra-quilted layer of bamboo fabric, giving it enhanced breathability and comfort. It also doesn’t come vacuum packed so you can sleep on it straight away. Lastly and most importantly the Prestige pillow allows you to add or remove the CloudTec^® filling so you can adjust it to your perfect height.

The Prestige Pillow has a double zip that opens up to the CloudTec^® filling. Remove as much as you need for the height perfect for you and store the extra CloudTec^® filling in the original packaging to keep safe.

The best way is to knead the pillow like dough to loosen the CloudTec^® filling inside. Push and pull from all sides also to even out the CloudTec^®.

Though it is rare due to the high quality CloudTec^® foam we use, if there is a faint smell this is a completely normal part of the production process. Simply airing it out and the smell will soon disappear. It’s completely harmless. 

If you have a tumble dryer the best thing to do is take your pillow out of the packaging and then put it in your tumble dryer for 1 hour on a medium heat cycle. Then plump it up by hand a little.

If you don’t have a tumble dryer then take it out of the packaging and leave it for at least 3 hours. The longer you wait and the warmth of the room determines speed in which it will rise. Then by hand, push and pull the pillow from each side and plump it up for about 10 minutes until the CloudTec^® filling inside feels soft and smooth.

Take the mattress topper out of the packaging and place it on the bed, leave it for at least 16 hours to go back to its original size (sometimes it can take up to 72hrs) and then use the elastic straps to secure it to your existing mattress. 

Simply remove about ⅓ of the CloudTec^® filling and keep it safe. Add or remove the filling until the height is perfect for you.

For a side sleeper, we recommend a high loft with more filling.

For a back sleeper, we recommend a medium loft with less filling.

For a front sleeper, we recommend a low loft with even less filling.

Luxury and Prestige Pillow: For small marks use a small amount of detergent and sponge clean the pillow and let it air dry.

For washing, remove the bamboo cover and put in the washing machine no higher than 40℃.

Mattress Topper: For small marks use a small amount of detergent and sponge clean the pillow and let it air dry.

For washing, remove the bamboo cover and put in the washing machine no higher than 30℃.

Take care of your pillowcase and it will take care of you.

Memory foam turns yellow because it is just a natural part of memory foam’s ageing process and it is nothing to be concerned over. The colouration is caused by the oxidation of the material and it is not toxic or harmful in any way.It is simply a sign of entropy, of the inexorable path of time.
